1. Ordering & Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

• Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other approved payment methods.

• Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

2. Processing Times

Because all items are handmade and packed with care:

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Processing time may be longer during holidays or high-order periods.
  You’ll always receive an email when your order ships.

3. Shipping

• I currently ship Canada-wide only.

• Free tracked shipping on all orders except bracelet-only purchases. Bracelet-only orders ship via Canada Post lettermail (untracked) with photo proof of drop-off.

• Delivery times vary based on province and weather.

4. Cancellations & Changes

I pack orders quickly, so cancellations or changes may not always be possible once the shipping label is created.
If you need help, email me right away — I’ll always try my best. 💜

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of skincare and handmade items, I cannot accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days so I can make it right.

6. Product Information

• All products are handcrafted in small batches.

• I do my best to ensure consistency, but slight variations in colour, texture, or scent are normal and part of the handmade charm.

• Please review ingredients carefully if you have allergies or sensitivities.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact me.
I will help you file a claim or resend your order depending on the situation.

8. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt services, or engage in any activity that harms the site or other customers.
Content, images, and designs are the property of ShiroRocks and may not be copied without permission.
